General

What services do you offer?

We provide professional photography and videography services for weddings, quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, private events, corporate events, headshots, brand photography, podcasts, and photo and video studio sessions. Packages can be customized based on your needs.

Do you travel outside NYC?

Yes. We cover all of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and are available for destination events upon request.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-6 months in advance for events like weddings, quinceañeras, and Sweet 16s, as popular dates (especially weekends) fill quickly. For all other events, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks prior.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if required by your venue.

Pricing & packages

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the type of event, coverage time, and services requested. Please contact us for a custom quote or to receive our current packages.

What’s included in your packages?

Packages typically include coverage time, professional editing, and digital delivery. Some packages may also include multiple shooters, highlight videos, or additional add-ons.

Do you offer custom packages?

Absolutely. We tailor packages to match your event, vision, and budget.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit of 50% of the total balance is due at the time of signing, payable by cash, check, or Zelle. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, your deposit is fully refundable as long as written notice is provided at least 6 weeks notice for weddings, quinceañeras, and Sweet 16s; 3 weeks notice for everything else; all in writing via email.

Do you hold dates without a deposit?

No. Dates are only confirmed once both the deposit and signed agreement have been received.

Event day

How many photographers/videographers will be there?

This depends on your package and event size. We will recommend the ideal team setup during your consultation.

Do you bring your own equipment and lighting?

Yes. We come fully prepared with professional equipment and lighting to ensure high-quality results in any setting.

What happens if you can’t attend my event?

In the rare case of an emergency, we have a network of trusted professionals to ensure your event is still fully covered.

Delivery & editing

How long does it take to receive my photos and videos?
  • Digital selection: 12-24 hours after the event
  • Photos (printed material): 2-3 weeks
  • Videos (final video): 4-6 weeks
How many photos will I receive?

The number depends on your event package and coverage time, but we always deliver a full, carefully curated gallery.

Do you edit all the photos?

Yes. All delivered images are professionally edited for color, lighting, and consistency. Photo retouching is applied to images being printed at 8×10 inches or larger. Additional retouching can also be requested.

How will I receive my content?

You will receive a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing. Depending on the package selected, we also deliver USBs, photobooks, videobooks, and prints.

Video

What type of video do you provide?

We offer highlight films, full-length edits, and documentary-style coverage depending on your package.

Do you offer drone footage?

Yes, when permitted by location and local regulations.

Can we choose the music?

Yes. We welcome your input while ensuring proper licensing and overall flow.

Photo sessions

Do you offer engagement or pre-event sessions?

Yes. Engagement and pre-event shoots are available and highly recommended.

Do you help with posing?

Absolutely. We guide you throughout the session to ensure natural and flattering results.

Preparation

What should I wear for my session?

We provide guidance based on your session type to help you look your best.

Do you help create a shot list?

Yes, especially for weddings and formal events, to ensure we capture all the important moments.

Policies

Do I receive full rights to my photos?

You receive full personal-use rights. Commercial use requires additional licensing.

Will my photos be used for marketing?

We may use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

NYC details

Are there travel fees?

Travel within NYC is typically included. Additional fees may apply for locations outside the city.

Do you handle permits for public locations?

Clients are responsible for obtaining permits, but we are happy to guide you through the process.
